Each board member of each unit now has their own webmail address ending in acpta.info. The beginning of the webmail will start with your school name and then the position you hold. Here are examples of the webmail addresses:

Each member who has given Kathi a forwarding email address will have the acpta.info forwarding. If not you will be able to sign into our webmail with a user id and password. Just email Kathi at firstvicepresident@acpta.info. She will then get the information
to you. At the beginning you may received email to respond if
this is an actually person. You must hit reply. This is to avoid
spam on the webmail system. Akron Council of PTA's supplies these emails to protect the privacy of the board members and for each board member to have clear and easy way to communicate between each other and the other units. We hope this will help us communicate better and more efficiently.
