All recipients need to be called in to Rhonda Ferguson for Founder's Day Program.

All recipients should attend as a guest of the President and Principal for Founder's Day Dinner.

Akron Council of PTA's will announce their recipient at Founder's Day.

Program Details:

Guidelines:

• Nominee must be a PTA member.
• Nominee must provide PTA involvement and support.
• Nominee has made a positive impact on the lives of children.
• Nominee has participated in activities involving children and youth.
• Nominee is dedicated to the PTA Purposes.

Unit Requirements:

1. Appoint a committee of 3 or more
2. Ask Adminstration, Parents and Teachers who they would nominate
3. Discuss nominations and vote.
4. Fill out the form and return to Bonnie Pettit by deadline date.
